OFFICIAL RULES & TERMS
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Participation in the RMIQ.NET Tombola at Natural Products Expo West (the “Promotion”) is free. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Participants must be physically present at the Natural Products Expo West event in Anaheim, California or at the Prosper Show, Las Vegas, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees of RMIQ.NET, their immediate family members, and any affiliated partners are not eligible to participate.
2.2. Participants of the second draw must be physically present at the Prosper Show event in Las Vegas, California, and at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of RMIQ.NET, their immediate family members, and any affiliated partners are not eligible to participate.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Participants can enter the Promotion by either:
- Speaking to our Representative, submitting contact details (business card), and agreeing to be contacted via email with details of our solution.
- Requesting a free scratch card at the booth (while supplies last – limited to 5% of all cards).
- No purchase is required for entry.
4. PRIZES & CREDITS
Participants have the chance to win RMIQ.NET promotional credits (“Credits”), which can only be used for RMIQ.NET services. Credits:
- Have no cash value.
- Are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for money or other prizes.
- Expire 90 days from the date of issuance.
- May be subject to additional terms as outlined at the time of redemption.
5. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
Winners will be determined by random selection via scratch cards or digital drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of total entries and the random allocation of winning cards.
6. CLAIMING PRIZES
Winners must claim their Credits by following the instructions provided with their winning notification. Failure to claim within the specified period may result in forfeiture.
7. ADVERTISING & CONSUMER PROTECTION
RMIQ.NET will ensure that all advertising and promotional materials related to the Promotion are truthful and comply with the California Unfair Competition Law (UCL) and False Advertising Law (FAL). Misleading representations are strictly prohibited.
8. DATA COLLECTION & PRIVACY
By participating, entrants agree that RMIQ.NET may collect and process their personal information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Participants have the right to opt out of data collection at any time. Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
9. GENERAL TERMS
- RMIQ.NET reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or legal requirements.
- Any disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California.
- Participation constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
